Stock Availability and Payment Authorization
All deliveries are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, our team will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or process a refund.
Delivery Charges
A standard delivery fee of Rs. 200 will apply to all orders across Pakistan.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain amount (as announced on our website).
Multiple Items in an Order
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations. You will receive tracking details for each shipment to stay updated on your delivery status.
Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 5 working days, provided a valid and complete delivery address is supplied.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Weekend and Holiday Dispatches
Orders are not dispatched on weekends, public holidays, or outside normal business hours. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
1. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery
2. The courier will not hand over the parcel until full payment has been received.
Signature Requirement
A signature or confirmation** may be required upon delivery to verify successful receipt of your order.
